Day 1 of COVID isolation

Transitions are easier said than done!

Does it ever get easier – even when you know what to do?

What I did not do:

  • ‘Get up and get dressed and back into my routine’
  • Plan out my week

What I did:

  • Gave myself permission to relax and take it easy after the 40+ hour journey home
  • Zoned my room into work and leisure spaces
  • Put a meeting on the books for Wednesday (drew a line in the sand)
  • Had long leisurely video chats
  • Did light weights. 1 round(!)
  • Washed my hands. Again.

How did you manage the disruption to your routine?
