Starting in 2018, the first of 61 million Generation Z (GenZ) are joining the traditional workforce in the US. This is presents a dramatic transition for employee and employer alike. Transitions create concern about the unknown or unexpected. In these presentations Karena discusses what transitions may entail – from school to the workplace; between jobs or careers – and the mindset and skills required to make that change successfully.  New technologies require us to upskill and embrace Change.
