27 Apr Guest Interview: Creative on Purpose with Scott Perry discussing Courage, Trust, the book and the changing Nature of work
Last week I had a wonderful discussion with Scott Perry on his Weekly Difference-Maker session on LinkedIn live.
We talked about Courage and Trust.
The idea of Courageous Parenting that is discussed in the book – is the willingness to trust that you have given your kids the right tools to make effective choices for themselves, and the confidence to know when to let go of a decision when it no longer serves.
He asked what is interesting about trying to serve two different audiences when discussing the Future of Work – #parents and #genZ. To me, they are actually one ecosystem.
We talked about the reason everyone is feeling discomfort while we straddle two different eras – and that we can lean on #eqskills and the compass while the map is being restructured.
All this and more. Thank you for a wonderful conversation, Scott!
Enjoy!
