Are you finding your new normal?

For many of us it has been between 1-3 weeks of shelter-in-place, social distancing and WFH.
Have you found a new rhythm?

More importantly, what have you discovered about yourself in the following areas:

  • How do you embrace or resist change?
  • How long has it taken you to lose that sense of discomfort?
  • In which areas of your routine and life are you first able to find a sense of security?
  • Who around you irks you? And why?
  • Are you on the same change wavelength as your team or family?

Keep notes.
When we notice the patterns for ourselves, we can make adjustments sooner next time.
