According to WEF, it is employers most sought after soft skill or EQ (emotional quotient)/soft/foundation skills.
Why is critical thinking so valuable?
Critical thinking brings together a variety of ‘soft’ skills. It requires independence, confidence, and creativity.
As such, it has become a very attractive catch-all skill for employers to target as they move towards an agile organization that can rapidly respond to new technology and challenges.
But what is it?
Is it innate? Or can it be nurtured?
Sparked by an article published by WEF titled ‘This soft skill will boost your employability‘ and citing Zarvana’s Matt Plummer in HBR ‘A short guild to building your Critical thinking skills‘, I went on a hunt.
